After receiving the return, you will be sent the money spent on the purchase of the product (s) on our website, excluding postage.  

Money will be returned immediately after we receive the return. (In the event that it is not possible to immediately satisfy the consumer's requirements, the maximum period for satisfying the consumer's requirements cannot exceed 7 days from the date of the relevant demand, and if an examination is necessary - 14 days).


When returning, items must be in the same form as they were received:

  • with hanger
  • in a plastic bag
  • with tag and label
  • no signs of wear (stains, holes, puffs, odor)

General points of return

If the item did not fit, or did not like it, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days after receipt, and we undertake to return the cost of the item to you after receiving the return.

With regard to goods of inadequate quality, you have the right to present the requirements provided for in Article 20 of the Law if the defects are discovered within two years from the date of transfer of such goods by the seller to the consumer.

In the case when the order was paid through the Webpay system, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made

The returned item must match the following parameters:

  • Show no signs of use, socks.
  • Have all tags, labels in place and must be delivered in exactly the same form in which the buyer received it.
  • In the case of a bulk order, a return is possible only if the item has a manufacturing defect

The return of the item, including the cost of postage back to us, is at the expense of the buyer .
